Rapid Tanning

With low fur prices and large volume of incomming tanning orders you can utilize our Rapid tanning service. 

Rapid tanning is esentially small batch tanning that allows us to tan fur to the same quality but instead of large slow batches they are very small batches that start almost immediatly after your pelts are checked into the system.

Write Rapid / and or  fleshing on the outside of the box so it can be processed as quickly as possible.

Rapid tanning speed depends on how how busy we are so it can fluctuate from 75-100 days, big game rapid is 120-180 days  on average but rest assured we are processing and tanning them as fast as possible.  (this time does not include fleshing or skinning, both take adiditional time). 

When you request Rapid Tanning - we will tan your hides in our small batch method to avoid the big lines of standard tanning. This means your tanning will be done in a matter or weeks instead of many months.  This is a great option if you want something manufactured and do not want to wait months before we can start the assembly process.  There is no minimum for Rapid tans and you can split your order to some rapid and some standard speed, there will be additional shipping being we would have to make 2 seperate shipments.

Make sure to write RAPID on the exterior of your box as well as on your paperwork.

This is the exact same premium garment tanning formula as the largers orders and your tanning will be the very same quality - JUST MUCH FASTER due to your hides going through a scaled down version of the tanning process .

• Please allow an ADDITIONAL 30 days if fleshing is needed, skining add an adiditional 14 days.
• due to the extremely high demand for rapid tanning expect a 80-100 day turnaround for rapid tans
• Your invoice will show the date that your completed pelt(s) will be shipping by, not delivered by.
• keep in mind that holidays will add time to rapid completion dates.
• Write rapd tan on your order form and the outside of your box for the fastest processing.
